I thought it would be good to write up something about where I am fitness-wise and what my goals are.
To some extent, weight has always been an issue for me for as long as I remember. According to my mom, I wasn’t technically fat until the 5th grade. I guess it wasn’t until then that I started becoming self-conscious with my body. With both parents and a sister who are on the thin side, I was always the one who stood out from the group. I slowly got bigger and bigger until about sophomore year of high school, when I got to around 177 pounds. My mom became worried. Size 10 pants were getting tight and my body just kept ballooning.
